In our generation today most of the activities are easier to do with the help of modern technology. One of these, is the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a crucial HR tools management were playing the role in supporting business and company strategic plan by the help of HRIS functions it contributes a positive result to reach and achieve the objective it also helps in supporting other department to find and have the best people. As a result, there is a critical need to deploy the best people in the right place at the right time. However, there are many companies and businesses still not implementing the HRIS not that they don’t want it it’s because they failed to understand the benefits of HRIS. And due to pandemic, it affects many businesses and companies lead to limit their employee as a result other employee’s work no longer be monitored. With that, the Human Resource Information System with Forecasting aims to give a solution to the current problem faces of businesses and companies. The system allows you to manage and control your company / business, progress, employee monitoring enables you to check attendance, The employee payroll, employee Profile, appointment, Development such as Competency Assessment, Learning and Development of Employee and enables you to reward your employee and give recognition, Requests, without physical contact, it also allows you to forecast your progress. Since we are in the age of competition were many businesses and companies have already established, they are competing better than their competitors.

Insure Collect: A Web-Based Life Plan Insurance Collection Management System with Insurance Claim and Sales Forecasting for Fortune Life-Tarlac Branch

When it comes to giving people and their families financial security, life insurance is vital. McKinsey predicts that by 2030, about 50% of claims processing will be automated. The aim of this research study is to develop and implement a Web-based collection management system that enabled Fortune Life-Tarlac Branch to manage life insurance plans, handle insurance claims, and forecast sales. In order to provide effective and accurate service to plan holders, the designed system is able to monitor and handle the sales agents' payment collections as well as review the insurance claims of plan holders in real-time. Furthermore, the system can forecast revenues due to the system's sales forecasting function, which may be used to improve overall company performance and optimize sales strategy. Agents are able to track plan holders' payment status more easily as a result to the developed system's user-friendly interface for insurance payment collection and automated payment reminders. The researchers conducted an interview that could help in the system's development and benchmarked various kinds of insurance management systems. The system can be accessed by the users with internet connection. Three (3) information technology specialists and 30 randomly selected plan holders from Tarlac City's various barangays reviewed the system. The study received a rating of 4.78 for security aspects such as confidentiality, non repudiation, and integrity. Meanwhile, the usability feedback: learnability, operability, user interface, and accessibility test for users resulted in an impressive average rating of 4.79.

Web-based Employee Monitoring System for Remote Workers

This review article presents the development and implementation of a web-based employee monitoring system designed to enhance productivity and performance evaluation for remote workers. As remote work becomes increasingly prevalent, companies face challenges in effectively monitoring and assessing employee output. Research indicates that an average office worker wastes up to 8 hours a week, costing companies over $8,500 per employee annually. This monitoring system aims to address these inefficiencies by providing managers with a streamlined and efficient means of assessing employee productivity throughout the workday. The system includes a variety of features that enable managers to monitor tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure discipline, while employees are encouraged to maintain focus and motivation by being aware of the monitoring process. The results indicate that implementing this monitoring system can significantly aid management in overseeing remote employees' progress and enhancing overall productivity. The findings suggest that awareness of being monitored can lead to improved discipline and motivation among employees, thereby reducing wasted time and increasing work efficiency.

Data-Driven Analysis of Top-Selling Products in Supermarkets

The Data-Driven Analysis of Top-Selling Products in Supermarkets to tackle the issue of supermarkets potentially not optimizing their sales opportunities, resulting in suboptimal inventory management and valuation practices. These problems can lead to ineffective inventory management, including overstocking and understocking products. Overstocking and understocking products can impact the supermarkets' operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and financial stability. Which can increase expenses, miss out on sales opportunities, and dissatisfied customers. To aid this problem, the researcher created or implemented a system to address these problems, specifically focusing on improving inventory management related to product demand. This system includes a user friendly dashboard that offers valuable insights through data visualization. It incorporates trend analysis to identify the most in demand products, ultimately boosting sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through time-series analysis and predictive analytics. In predictive analysis, the supermarket can predict the best-selling product in a specific month, season, and event. By doing that, the supermarket can solve their problems and improve their decision making. The researcher also uses waterfall methodology, which includes 7 phases: the requirements Phase, Analysis Phase, Design Phase, Implementation Phase, Testing Phase, and Deployment Phase.
